Q5. How Long Will a Building Inspection Take?
The average time of a building inspection is between 1-2 hours. However, this may vary depending on the size and condition of the property.
We encourage all of our clients to be present at the time of the building inspection if possible. Once we are finished, we will take another 20 minutes to walk you through the property to point out defects or potential problems that we have found. This also provides you with a chance to ask any questions you have face to face.

We accept payment on the day of your inspection. Once your payment clears, you will receive your inspection report. We accept cash, credit cards (Visa and MasterCard) and Eftpos. However, if you do cancel one of our building inspections within 24-hours of your scheduled appointment time, a 50% deposit fee applies.
