You are encouraged to be present during your building inspection. An average inspection will take up to two hours.
Once we’re done, we like to take another 20 minutes to walk you through the house, and explain what we have found. It gives you the opportunity to ask questions, to clarify anything you don’t understand.
If you can’t be present, don’t worry. Many of our clients live interstate or overseas, or are too busy to attend. We can arrange a post-inspection phone call with you instead.
Your report will contain all major and minor flaws and faults. It will also contain photographs as evidence of any findings.
The report will contain a lot of detail. Once you’ve had a chance to read through it, we are happy to explain any of it over the phone.
You can expect your pre-purchase inspection report to be emailed to you on the same day as your inspection.

Cancellations require 24 hours’ notice. If you fall inside 24 hours, a 50% fee applies.
